I think that in order to post of picture of yourself with your breasts popping out of a shirt and asking "am I ugly" indicates that you have very low self-esteem and thrive by putting yourself down and having others perk you up. My advice: Get some self-esteem!!!

No you are not ugly at all!

But what is ugly? everybody is beautiful in their own ways... i like this guy and his the biggest nerd in the school today i asked my friends where he could be and they said probably outside hanging out with the other ugly nerds but to me he is beautiful! even if he isnt to others because to everyone pretty means different and ugly is different for everyone...

You're not ugly in the least, but I think you are trying to overcompensate for something by exposing yourself so much..

From my experience with guys the more covered up.. the more sexy and respected you are

You're goodlooking...don't take anything away from that

You are a very beautiful woman, and you know it or else you wouldn't have asked. It's OK to be confidant, but it's completely a different thing to be a needy woman who needs stranger's approval.Cover up and stand pround.

beauty is in the eyes of the beholder hun. for some people their worst enemy is themselves. we can look at ourselves in the mirror day in and day out and see nothing but uglyness. we can attempt to do things that would seem to try and help but in doing these things that changes our appearence in the end we lose our character, we lose who we are. when we look in the mirror and dont recognize the person in it for all the things we have tried to do to make others around us think we are beautiful then we have lost all sence of who we are and what we are. i tell you this, NATURAL beauty dear, is the only true beauty that exist, and i belive that you are and shall blossom into nothing other then beauty itself. theres someone out there for everyone kido. dont listen to others for most of the time they hate who they are and are jelous of what you are. good luck ;)

You are gorgeous. You don't even have to show your boobs for someone to take notice of you. You have a striking beauty. Save the rest of yourself for that special someone.Feel confident and take pride.

of course your not ugly. if you thought you were ugly, you wouldn't want dozens of unknown yahoo people looking at your photo. you wouldn't have your boobs sticking out of your shirt for guys to looks at. you wouldn't post a question that might have answers hurt your feelings. there are better ways for self-confidence then yahoo! answers people telling you.
