first you need to have confidence...believe in yourself or no one else will!! and to help improve your chances you need to take a dance class, gymnastic class, or even a summer cheer program...work out alot..build your core muscles ( will help with stamina and stunting), cardio, and practice practice practice!! and if you can make friends with any of the former cheerleaders, they can teach you and help you learn what the coaches are looking for...good luck! hope you make it--tons of memories and life long friends can be made :)

Some names are lacking, Never brain, I will refill the gaps. Ricky Ponting (capt), Michael Clarke (vice-captain), George Bailey, Doug Bollinger, Nathan Bracken, Stuart Clark, Dan Cullen, Xavier Doherty, Brett Geeves, Ryan Harris, Brad Haddin, Nathan Hauritz, Matthew Hayden, Brad Hodge, James Hopes, David Hussey, Michael Hussey, Phil Jaques, Mitchell Johnson, Simon Katich, Brett Lee, Shaun Marsh, Ashley Noffke, Tim Paine, Luke Ronchi, Andrew Symonds, Shaun Tait, Adam Voges, Shane Watson, Cameron White Good to look that Tait is Back (Hope he had sufficient leisure, well participant regardless that). Appears to me like CA is giving risk to new avid gamers. Hauritz had nearly disappeared into oblivion, & I have not ever heard of 6 out of 30 within the record earlier than now. Only the last crew of 15 will say how well they're. Still this crew looks to me as a quality blend of enjoy & adolescence. I am now not definite that on my own will permit India win, (they're rather unpredictable & mercurial). India is well sufficient to position up a battle for complete force of Australia. Let's see how Oz will reasonable towards the likes of West Indies & Pakistan. After all in 50 overs something would occur.

i can really answer this one, ray! is this your 1st year trying to be a cheerleader? cuz it is for me! i made the eighth grade squad this year(i'm in 8th this year)and all but one girl on my squad cheered last year...i went to the clinics and practiced non-stop...srry-i'm an over-achiever...but i worked on jumps, cheers, and tumbling for extra pionts! I also almost made captain for my efforts...there's this website that helped me ALOT! it's (NO WWW.)cheerleading.about.com(inserted JUST LIKE THAT...NO DIFFERENT! it told mee what potential good captains need, ways to improve on your motions, how-to's on jumps and tumbling, and alot more...you should try it out!
