Usually around about now, it's 2.35 am here in the UK, the kids are in bed and i can sit and read the questions in peace and carefully consider my answers, it's nice to be able to answer some questions and think i've been helpful to others, and i've had some very positive feedback to some of the answers given. So, to answer your question, my time for peace is around 2 to 3am.

Ususally around 5.30am when I get up. If I have been stressed over anything the day / night before, everything seems so much clearer at that time of the day and easier to put into perspective

about 1 0r 2 in the morning when most everyone is asleep and all I hear is the sound of nothing, unless it is raining and then the beautiful sound of rain.
