Nucleus or Nucleolus

Nucleus is the "home" and Nucleolus is the "King of The Cell".

Those contain DNA AND when you stain a cell to see it under a microscope, those black dots are the nuclei (pl. form of nucleus)

I would say chromosomes, for a couple of different reasons. Firstly, not all cells have nuclei. And excluding prokaryotes which would not have chromosomes but circular DNA...some animal cells do not have nuclei...such as red blood cells.

Secondly, chromosomes get their name "chromo" because before scientists knew what DNA did, they saw that chromosomes took on color when stained, hence chromo, making you think of color.
