Because a 12 year old cannot consent to sexual relations due to their age (even if they are a willing participant), there are states where what he's doing is a felony. If he continues to have sex with 12 year olds when he's 16, he will more than likely find himself in jail.
The difference in maturity, especially sexual maturity between a 12 year old child and a 15 year old teenager is a large one. Your cousin more than likely has some mental instability issues that should be addressed. It is not normal for a 15 year old to be attracted to a child... not normal for anyone to be attracted sexually to a child and 12 is a child.

That would be illegal. I don't think there is anywhere that 12 is the age of consent. Most states have laws about having sex with minors (even if you are one) and some say that there should be no more than two years between anyone having sex w/a minor.
Premarital sex is not a good thing, first of all. Second of all, your cousin is setting himself up to be a grandfather by the time he's in his early 30s. Third of all, this is just plain sick!

LMAO!!!!!!!!!@ your cousin??? that isnt cool @ all! And the girl is to young to even be thinking about sex anyway! You need to talk him and let him know thats not right! When i was 12 i had a boyfriend who was 15 but we wasnt having sex. Its not illegal but i dont think they should be having sex. It dont matter if he wants a virgin or not their are alot of 15 year virgins. I dont care what nobody say he shouldnt be having sex with a girl thats not even a teenager! When your 12 aren't you in th 6 or 7th grade. And what he's in highschool......9 grade? no thats not cool @ all!

NO!!!! Thats just not right! Its disgusting, using girls 3 years younger then him for that. At 12 yrs old, a girl doesn't really understand what she's doing yet, and is probably just starting puberty.

That is so wrong and disgusting. Shes waay too young to be having sex. Hes 15 and should find someone his own age. But neither one should be having sex with anyone at that matter even though hes 15 years old. They should of waited to they were much older or married because that is sick and its illegal. He could be charged with rape. This is ridiculous what the world is coming to today. I suggest that you tell him it wrong and that it not right. They should of really waited for marriage because premarital sex is a sin. Pray about it and things will work out.

it is very normal just like a 20 year old and a 17 year old or so on and so forth, I also know two people who have been together for 5 years, he was 15 and shew was 12 when they first got together.
i didn't start having sex till i was 15 but i still wanted to at the age of twelve cause my mind was stable enough to know what sex was/

noooo, there is something seriously wrong with that. im guessing that this girl is in 7th grade, and that your cousin is in 10th grade. while this girl has barely started jr high, this guy is getting ready to graduate in about two years. think about it. he has matured, and she is still developing herself. i mean in about 9 years itll be ok, but right now there is a big age gap between them. they are from seperate worlds. besides, WATS A TWELVE YEAR OLD DOING HAVIN SHELL!!!!!!!!!!!
