What are the best modeling agencies in Houston?

I know that Houston doesn't have the top agencies but i'm looking for a local place to start. I've heard about Neal Hamil, but are there better agencies?

Neil Hamil has been around for many years. I think he took over The Ben Shaw Modeling Agency(when Ben died) and/or The Glenn Tillotson Agency.
