What can a 12-13 year-old give her friends for Christmas?

I really don't want to buy anything for them, I want to make something for them.
I made some really crappy cards last, and I definitely don't want a repeat of that.

Take some pictures of them at your favorite hang out in school or where ever. Get the pics developed and get doubles or triples of them and make some cool frames for the pics. I find that the glass frames (square ones that pinch the photo together and you can decorate around them) are the best, you can get them at michaels craft store or possibly walmart. Give that to your friends. Its the gift that they'll have forever, its personal and not very expensive if you're on a budget.

If you have any good pictures, you can get them reprinted at walmart. You can buy really flat magnet sheets that have one sticky side. Peel off the paper, stick the photo on there, and wahlah you have a locker magnet with a cool photo on there. You can also buy a magnet strip and cut it into pieces and write a word on each piece.

Well I know you said you don't want to buy anything for them, but giftcards are always nice and can be cheap. However, if you want to make something I suggest making a collage of photos of you and your friends. They'll love it trust me.

If your not afraid to do the same thing for all of them, you could make them tissue-paper roses. Yellow, of course, because it symbolically stands for friendship. You could even make Pens out of them (big fan of the flower pen here).
Also, there are bead-lanyard/key ring kits with different design ideas, so possibly make their favorite animal, or their name
(Favorite colors can play a part in either idea :-) )
