run six hours every day so the three hour marathon seems like half the work....if only it were that easy.

-Run on threadmills about 3 miles 4-5 days a week.

Join a local running club
-to training runs with them

Keep yourself hydrated and stretch.

Start running. Run longer and longer until you are in good enough shape to run the distance that you need to finish the marathon.

Train really hard, cardio and weights, eat healthy. Get a routine that helps you a lot. You'll be fine.
