Get a membership at a local gym:
-Run on threadmills about 3 miles 4-5 days a week.
Join a local running club
-to training runs with them
Keep yourself hydrated and stretch.

Start running. Run longer and longer until you are in good enough shape to run the distance that you need to finish the marathon.
