Some time the patches also have some itching problem,probably in winter.

its either exema(spelling) or this stuff I have called ummm...I dont know what its called, but basically those spots don't tan, so they look lighter. drink more water, and put TRIAMCINOLONE on it. its a prescription, so go to the doctor.

I had white patches on my face when i was younger. now they are more on my upper arms then on my face. I have been to several different doctors and have been told that these patches are a form of fungus that doesn't agree with your skin - everyone has fungus on their skin but the way my skin reacts to the fungus is with the white patches. I have tried several very expensive creams that haven't worked. The only thing i can tell you is to keep your face moistures. Good luck!

You need to exfoliate to slough off all the dead skin. Creams won't do anything but add buildup on top of the already dead layer. Use some St. Ives apricot scrub, or some plain old honey and white sugar.

prolly need 2 use some lotion dat dermatologist recommend or go 2 da dermatologist 2 get sum cream 4 those spots

my brother had the same thing- use eucerin cream... the thick cream- it should help!
