can someone help me with my scandisk mp3 player??

im trying to drag a song onto my scandisk sansa , and it does not save into the mp3 player can someone please help>>

Here's what you do: 1. connect the mp3 player via usb port in ur computer 2. open up the folder "my computer" 3. In my computer you'll see either a flash disk E or F 4. click on it and upload the songs in either one of those folders and they should upload to ur mp3 player.

I also have a SanDisk (no 'c' in there) and the drag/drop doesnt work. Right-clicking on the song brings up a menu that offers a choice add to list ...build a list and then sync to the machine using WM10.
