I watched him since he played for Kentucky and I think he he is the week 14 Rb you saw this past Sunday. He played for Detroit for 3 years and given there history of wasting talent it is hard to judge whether he is blossoming or always was this good. Also Detroit defense isn't a good indicator to ones future. But back to case in point I still think he is legit.

Keep in mind that Pinner might have had a little extra motivation against his former team. If you look at physical tools, Pinner does not have great speed or power, stuck in football purgatory somewhere between Mike Alstott and Brian Westbrook. Also, with Mewelde Moore's pass-catching ability and Westbrook-like agility, Pinner will probably get buried on the depth chart, especially if you think in the long term, where the Vikes still technically have Onterrio "The Original Whizzinator" Smith, who, although he is a knuckle-head, still has good physical talents. So, no, I don't hink Pinner is truly the Week 14 back that we just saw.
