Well, obviously she gets bigger and bigger. I don't really remember, but I'm quite sure a guinea pig's pregnancy is about three months long. I'd guess she'll be a little bit bigger at about a month. We used to breed guinea pigs, once they hit about two months pregnant you could hold them and feel the babies. It was the coolest thing ever! They would move too... the poor mama though, we hardly dared hold her because those babies made her so big! Besides the size factor, I don't really know. Make sure you breed your females before six months, otherwise their pubic bones grow together and they and the babies will die. Otherwise, just don't put the male back in for over a month, otherwise guinea pigs are pretty self sufficient. Our mama g.p. would just have little babies one day... but she was so pregnant that'd we could tell when she was due soon. At about eight weeks the babies can be weaned, we used to sell ours to the pet store we got them from. Have fun... the babies are SO cute!

You'll know that she's pregnant if babies pop out XD lol. Sorry, I don't know a lot about guinea pigs. Um..Yeah, of course there's the 'she'll get bigger.' But I assume her diet will change...Maybe she'll eat a lot more or less...She may be a bit slower than usual and she just won't act herself. Like I said, I don't know much about those little animals, but that's just basic signs of pregnancy for other animals

When ours was pregnant, her personality changed. She didn't like the other females. We had to separate her from the others until after the babies were born. afterwards, she liked them again. Gestation is somewhere between 60 and 70 days. It's according to who you ask. You will start to feel the babies. They feel like walnuts. She will definately be pear shaped. They go in "season" like every 14 days so if she was with a male for that long, she probably is pregnant. Peter Gurney's website might be helpful www.petergurney.com

They are pregnant for 8-10 weeks. You should notice weight gain after 4 weeks and in the later stages of the pregnancy you will see the babies moving. They don't usually make a nest or behave in any unusual way so you might not realize anything until the babies arrive!

she tends to look more pear shaped from the back. carry her and see if you can feel anything move inside. they are very cut when they are born. they look like minature guineas. they already have fur, teeth, and the eyes are open already. they even run like crazy and whine alot
