Hmm... I'm not quite sure, but the most SATISFYING twist for me was in this old 70's thriller called "I Spit on Your Corpse". The whole movie had this nihilistic vibe going through it which hit its peak at the end. Just when you think it's over, that it's about to end on an incredibly tragic note, the movie takes a violent twist that will have you hopping out of your chair screaming, "YEEEAAAHHH!!! TAKE THAT!" :)

Sixth Sense and Identity were great twists--Fight Club was a great twist, but how about Memento? That whole movie was one big twist.

I think pretty much any M. Night Shamalan movie. He likes to throw clever twists in the end.

I think it has to be Dracula 2000 where you find out that Dracula was actually supposed to be Judus who betryed Jesus for silver and thats why silver hurt vampires. I watched that movie a long time ago and it still fresh on my mind . It was a twist that I never expected from the movie.. I suggest you watch it if you never have.

Ocean's Eleven (2001). I love the clever feeling of the twist. It was beautiful.
