placing rocks in the open areas when you move the pole with a car bumper?

The excessive force available with no way to tell when the car is pushing too hard is a great way to break off the post at ground level.

Here's an alternative: Use a garden hose to wet the soil at the base of the post, making it easier to displace it with the concrete surrounding the post. Make it as muddy as possible.
Put a rope/chain around the top of the post and slowly pull it more upright. Allow the mud to flow to the low side. You may have to make mud 18-24" deep.
Placing a rock bar and prying against the concrete (not the post) will be another way to make the post plumb without exerting excessive force.

i would use a piece of pipe about 2" in diameter, driving it into the ground alongside the post with a sledge hammer to remove the soil. empty it every 6" or so by tapping it out. do this on the side you want the post to move toward. go down about 2-3 feet and you will find it easy to stand the post upright. fill the hole with rocks and pound them in with the sledge. this method works best when the ground is dry as the pipe won't clog. i use a piece of fence pipe from a home imp.store cut to 3' and 5'. start with the 3',switch to the 5' when the 3' gets about half way down. i have found it to be easier than a post hole digger for making holes next to fence posts and mailboxes. plus the hole isn't too big. also wear safety glasses whenever you use a hammer

If you have an electric saw, you can cut long wedges from a 2 by 4, say 16 inches long and 3-1/2 inches wide tapering to a point, and drive them in on one side of the post to help tip it back to vertical.

it sounds like thomas has the right idea but you can put a come along(if available) if not rope from one post to the other after you have made the mud and pull or force the post upright like the others then install a new 4x4 barried down beside the bad barry it deeper than the first and attach them together to help keep post plumb after tension is off the come along/rope

Are you asking about leaning posts or twisted like a pretzel? For leaning posts you can do two things. 1. In the spring when the ground is very wet attach a come-a-long to the post and gradually add pressure with the come-a-long to pull the post level. This method will take a few days. 2.Dig out the post and reinstall level. For twisted posts the only thing to do is replace them with new posts that are dry.
