Tough call... they are both hilarious.
I would say Scrubs, only because I'm a doctor and indentify with it.

If I were you I would buy Scrubs first. I would never buy the office. But between those two. I would buy Scrubs. I love that TV show! I watch the rerun's on the comedy channel and the new one's as well.
