You haven't said 3 x 10^-10 of what, so I shall suppose that you mean mols of gold. Also, to make things clearer, I shall make that 30 x 10^-11 mol Au.

30 x 10^-10molAU x 6 x 10^23atomsAu/1molAu = 5 x 10^13 atoms Au

You have 6.02 x 10^23 atoms per mole of an element, the Avogadro no. So you can calculate from this.

the units are moles u would multiply by 6.02 * 10^23, avagados number, if those are grams which i doubt u need to covert to moles first.
