the size of the video depends on the format in which it is stored(wmv,m1v,etc.) some formats which have better quality than the others might take up a lot of space whereas a video of the same size will take up less size but with a compromise in quality.

It also depends on the content. A three minute video of the waves crashing ashore is generally going to be alot smaller than a video of 10,000 bloodthirsty vampire-bikers in a super-bike chase through the neon-light streets of Future Tokyo.

depends on the file format, usually a movie of 50 min runs around in 600mb
