Depends on the school. 1L we had torts, criminal law and procedure, contracts, (federal) civil procedure, legal writing, property, and a course on statute construction. 2L we had trusts and estates, business organizations, constitutional law, and federal income taxation. 3L we had consumer protection, trial advocacy/Texas civil procedure, and professional responsibility. But my school has an insane amount of required courses.

Most require just torts, criminal law and procedure, contracts, (federal) civil procedure, legal writing, property, professional responsibility, and constituational law. The rest of your coursework is generally whatever you want it to be in.
