With out a question, Clinton! He personally may have done some wrong things in his personal life but he was a good president. Bush is stupid and put us all in danger and now we have to stay were we shouldn't be so we aren't in more danger and there will be more dieing because of it. :(

Bill Clinton was a good time happy go lucky president who accomplished nothing during his terms. I honestly do not believe we would be in the situation in Iraq and Afghanistan if he would have been doing his job,
He was lucky enough to inherit the start of a good economy during his first term with the start up of all the dot com companies.
But that had nothing to do with him or his administration.
