oh, thats easy..
to get from moles to grams you multiply the # of moles given by the molar mass of that element.
molar mass of Al= 26.982
# of moles given = 4
26.982 X 4
=107.928 grams of Al

The molar mass of Aluminum is 26.98 g/mol, so the mass of 4 mol of Al = 4 x 26.98 = 107.92 g

The molAl cancel to yield gAl. The 27 is the atomic weight of aluminum.
