He's the only NFL head coach to ever win 4 super bowls. I know people are going to say anyone could have won with the talent he had, but he still had a big hand in building that Steeler dynasty and tradition which still lives on today. Many other coaches had great talent and did nothing with it.

Well, he doesn't get overlooked by ME, that's for sure. And any fan, even "expert" who claims that "anyone could have won with the talent he had" would have to be pretty much ignorant of football reality. The Steelers were far from the most dominant team talent-wise during the 70s! They were up against the Raiders, Cowboys, Vikings, Dolphins just to name a few.

As you pointed out, it wasn't their talent, it was their brilliant USE of the talent avaliable that translated into four SB victories and THAT was the genius of Chuck Noll!

If as you claim he he does get overlooked, that would be a serious ommision. I think he was superior to Shula and Landry of his time, on a par with Vince Lombardi and Bill Walsh.........

thank you very plenty. I enjoyed it better of all because of the fact it replaced into up the line for me and that i'm relieved it replaced into properly organised and the climate wasnt too undesirable yet... I even have watched the Olympics on condition that 1976 and that i think of they're all very stable so a approaches as I remember. regrettably the single in Montreal in 1976 brought about enornmous economic issues for the city and there have been the chilly conflict boycotts of 1980 and 1984 which aggravated me, yet different than that they have all been super. We remember the main cutting-edge ones.

He didn't do much after his last Superbowl. He pretty much sucked after that.
