we are doing things like two-column proofs, conjectures, properties, and things like that.

Are you using coordinate geometry (slopes, distance formula, etc) or formal two-column proofs?

One of the best things to do is to get books like Geometry for Dummies, Schaum's Outline Geometry, Geometry Questions and Answers. I had a lot of trouble with geometry when younger, but I got a PhD in physics; once you get to know, by practice, what the terminology is, what the best ways to answer some kinds of questions, and, and most importantly, how to do proofs you will be on the right track.
The books above I still have after all these years and use them in my work every day. They have just the kinds of questions with answers that you will get on homework and tests.
Good luck
