I think most of the combinations I could make are perfectly nice names. As it happens, I do genealogy, and I often see the name "Evlyn" instead of "Evelyn" - leaving the second "e" out makes it pretty clear how it's supposed to be pronounced. For a boy, I'd definitely include "Ronald" in honor of your father - I prefer it as a middle name, and the first name that "feels" best to me with it is Vincent. For a girl, "Ronnie" kinda has the feel of a nickname, so that might not be as good. I think Rose is a lovely old-fashioned name that deserves more attention; perhaps "Olivia Rose" or "Evlyn Rose"?

For Evelyn maybe Eevlyn or hyphenate it Eve-lyn. Ronnie Eve-lyn sounds nice. Or Eve-lyn Rose.
