Burger King's burgers have the best taste to value ratio of the three, but if it's only between Culvers and Fuddruckers, I'd go with Culvers. Also note, Fuddruckers just started a new promotion. If you go to their website and sign up for the mailing list, you get a free milk shake - no purchase necessary!

I've never been to Fuddruckers, but I agree that Culver's has the best ButterBurgers.

Culvers is pretty tasty. You will have to taste and compare. They also have good desserts.
