it's called a paludarium.

There's a book called The Encylopedia of Aquatic Plants by Peter Hiscock (nope, not kidding) published by Barron's that will show you how to set one up. IT's a great book! I got mine at borders.

Best I can think of now is 'semiaquatic tank,' but I feel like I've heard a word for it. Starts with a P maybe? If I think of it, I'll come back and edit.

There is a word, unfortunately I cannot recall it. It starts with a P and is something like Paladium.
