I don't drink or do drugs but I was really tired one time and i waited for 15 minutes for a blinking red light to change LOL

That's hilarious!! LOL but to be honest.......yes I have. thankfully I was by myself at the time. Haven't driven high since. That was many, many years ago. Good question though.
