So I'm not the skinniest person by all means, but I go to the gym daily and it seems like this "half a tire" around my front mid-section won't go away. Is there anyone out there that may have been heavy in the past and has lost some weight, have any tips for someone who wants so desparately to fet rid of this "muffin top".

You've got to get up to your target heart rate and have it stay there for more than 30 minutes in order for any type of weight loss to occur.

Also, your eating habits need to change as well.

Try working out three times or more a week, even if its running/jogging/biking.

I have this problem too. I have been doing crunches every night for a few months but it hasnt helped much. Wish I could help.

use a dash of cinnamon to give fruits such as bananas and melons a richer dessert feel without the sugar

you dont have to make a three digit number your weight loss goal aim for a certain dress size or waist measurement

just run on the tredmill it burns the fat then u can do a couple of sit ups and crunches
