I wouldn't exactly say dumb... but then again Marie Antoinette's famous "blonde" last words were "Let them eat cake." But I don't think all blondes are "dumb." I think somejust act that way because thats what they feel they should do as blondes. And everyone has there "blonde" moments.... even brunettes!

Well I consider myself to be intelligent and have had a peculiar disliking for blondes, but that may just be a coincidence. Afterall, there are plenty of people who probably think of me as an idiot for how I look. I'd probably think of them as idiots for thinking the same of me. Its sort of a vicious cycle.
I'm sure there are blondes at Harvard, although I don't know first- hand. The only female I met who I know went to Harvard had brown hair. A female who I know went to Yale had black hair.
I have known blondes who strike me as intelligent, however you might interpret that. I have an aunt in law who plays the harp and is married to an architect, and is blonde.
I also know a blonde who is married to a successful English major, but I don't remember if she is herself an academic.
I would say there's hope, but of course it can be more difficult to think when the first thought that pops into your head is "they think I'm stupid". Incidentally, if you move past that stage and start telling yourself "they don't know I'm smart" you may have an advantage in doing some kinds of intelligent things, like writing.
However, there is no gaurantee that people who see or hear rumors of your out-of-public intelligence will make the connection that you are in fact intelligent in public as well, even if they are reluctant to believe all evidence.

this is really a question that cant be answered. you decide what dumb is. if you think failing grades is dumb, well then there are some dumbs ones, yes. but there are also very very smart people that are blonde. so i dont know why you would ask this question.

I am a natural blond and I have a PhD. Don't believe that I am "dumb". I really hate this stereotype!

That's a lie. There are dumb blonds, brunettes, red heads. It doesn't depend on hair color.
