Taiwan ,at least 20us per hour ,and very need foreigner to teach
them English ,totally be admired by Taiwanese ,like me ....

I suggest Africa,help out the people there please,they really need our help.If you don't want to go to Africa,you can come to my country Malaysia since most Malaysian's cannot speak English very well or cannot speak English at all.
