hmm.. that's tough. First of all...how old are you? If you are under 13 then you should be really careful and make sure he doesn't pressure you into something you don't want to do, or put you in an uncomfortable situation. But if you are older, maybe in 8th or 9th grade, then maybe go for it...as far as dating him. BUT as long as he's not a jerk to you.... and no matter what, if he starts to make you feel uncomfortable, leave...call a friend...whatever but don't give in to him if you don't want to do something..
But just because he had a condom doesn't necessarily mean that he is a bad kid...maybe he's cautious! Maybe he is the immature jerk who wants to get in every girl's pants...if that is the case, stay away from him. If he's a good kid though, go for it girl..

Ok so just because a guy isn't a virgin doesn't mean that you ahve to have sex wiht him.... but a lot of guys that have already had sex expect that in a relationship. but if you like him and do end uo going out with him then tell him exactly how you feel AT THE BEGINNING of the relationship and that you don't want things to move too fast. And if he is a good guy and worth your time, he will compeltly understand!!
