I have a HP pavilion mx50 pc with microsoft xp software. i want to know how to see how much ram I have on my computer and how many bytes or space i have left. i want to know if a certain video game (the sims2) will work on my computer. please help.

right click on the start bar and choose explore
right click on the c unit and choose properties
The space on your hard drive will appear on the general tab.

To view the amount of ram you need to press control+alt +del and open the task manager.
On the performance tab you may be able to see the amount of ram your computer have.

Click on START, go to RUN, and type DXDIAG, and press ENTER. This should give you a general info of your pc. To check for disk space, go to MY COMPUTER, right click on drive C:, and cliclk on properties. The video game should work if your pc meets the minimum system requirements.

For hard drive space, find your My Computer icon and double left click on it. Then find the C: and right click on it and left click on properties. The display is self explanitory.

For your RAM, again, find you My Computer icon and right click on it. This page will state the amount of RAM.

in order to know the ram u have to right click on my computer and go to properties and it will tell u the total amount of RAM.
and in order to find the free space on ur hard dirve goto my computer and do a right click on c and/or d drive and go to properties and it will give u the free space

go to my computer

right click in an empty space and click 'Properties'

and it will tell you the Ram and processor info.

if you want to check how much space you have left on your hard drive, right click on Local Disk C:, and click properties,

this will display the memory left and use in a pie chart.

Right click on my computer and go to properties to see how much RAM. To see how much hard drive space, open my computer and right click on local disk c: and click properties and you can see unused space.
