Notify them in writing that you are not permitted personal calls at work. If they violate that, you can report them to the FCC. They are required by law to abide by your request.

You can't. They already have the number. If you have a direct phone line at work, hang-up when they call.

You don't want them calling your employer. Start making small payments so they see that you are paying your bills.

This should hold them off, temporarily, until you come up with another plan.

They can only call you once a week at work. If you write them a letter saying to stop they have to by law

Tell them they are not allowed to contact you there. It's against the law for them to call you at your job, fax it to them in writing and if they do it again, report it to Consumer Affairs and they could be fined.
