if by 15-gon you mean a 15 sided polygon it should be just like any other polygon 180 degrees, because if you straighten them out you get a flat line which has and angle of 180 degrees.

answer is 360 degrees


360 degrees/15(# of sides) each individual angle = 24 degrees

this formula is 360/n where n = number of sides in your polygon

however that is if you are solving for each individual angle, but since this is the sum of all the angles the answer is 360 degrees, any polygons angles all add up to 360, (in squares and rectangles each angle is 90, since there are 4 angles its 4X90 = 360
