i recieved a letter saying that they did a preliminary look at my application and to send my transcipts and recent marking period grades for a second app. review to occur. i sent them in asap and also wrote a letter saying that i want to go to towson and what not. ifff anyone could help it would be greattt. am i on a waiting list and what are my chances if you know? :) thanks

It sounds like they really just need more time to review the application. Speeding it up won't make the outcome any better, so you just have to be patient. If you have already written a letter and called them with your strong desire to attend the school, you have done all that you can for now. If you do happen to get a rejection letter (which probably won't happen, or else they wouldn't still be considering you) then you can always challenge it and try to get into the school on a probationary exception.

There are a lot of schools who base their decision on your grades for part of your senior year. I'd say this doesn't really mean anything. Don't be scared. Just makes sure you have a back-up, because you don't always get into your first choice. Good luck!

Your chances are ok, but not spectacular. In may when people are choosing universities, you may still get in since not everyone who was accepted will choose to go to this university. Be patient, hope, and make sure to complete any documentation they give you. Also make sure you have applied to other schools so that in the event you dont' get in, you can still go elsewhere.

They're probably pretty good, if you have impressive grades and a solid class schedule. You also need to just be patient and find out. No on will know what is going to happen but them and you just have to wait.

It really up to the school but you can tried another school that is just as great or better this School could be full

hmmm i dunno, im kinda in the same situation. im trying to transfer there, and i got a letter saying im on the transfer list. im not really sure what that means...
