1. Smile!
A) It increases your face value; B) people are attracted to those they perceive as being happy; and C) it makes YOU feel better, and therefore will send off more positive vibes, attracting the type of people you wish to.
2. Keep your Head UP and make Eye Contact!
A) If you're always looking at the floor, that projects a negative self-image. People don't want to be around those they perceive as being self-critical or having feelings of unworthiness; B) keeping your head up allows you to make eye-contact with others. This shows trust in others and demonstrates that you can also be trusted. It also allows you to be a little flirty and playful; C) Eyes are the windows to the soul. If people can see your eyes, and you don't shrink away it, you are far more likely to make meaningful connections with whom you wish to.
3. Be Friendly!
A) You attract what you project. Be nice to everyone (including the class geek or dork). People notice! Be consistent with this and people will see that you are someone of substance, not just a pretty face; B) be inclusive in groups. When there's a circle of people standing about talking, leave a one-person space open to your left or right at all times so that people feel invited in by you; C) be focussed completely on the person you're talking to; make this person feel like they're the only one in the room besides you. That is a very powerful tool to attracting others. For one, it makes the person you're talking to feel very special. It also gets you noticed by others in the room because people will want to know WHAT you're talking about and WHY you're so focussed on the other person.
4. Hygiene and Grooming
A) Always pay attention to your personal hygiene. Bathe regularly and wear clean, neat clothes. You don't have to wear the best or the latest in fashion. Just wear what you have with pride and let your personality do the talking. The clothes are just an external cue for how a person views him/herself; B) You don't have to go overboard and be perfect, but paying attention to details such as hair and make-up can make a difference. How people perceive you is largely dependent upon how you perceive yourself. C) Don't wear too much in the way of fragrance. Nobody wants to smell you and only you from across the room. Fragrance should be an invitation to get closer. My rule of thumb is nobody should be able to smell you beyond 2 feet.

Being feminine is the key, men love a great smelling woman & adore you if your skin is soft & smooth! When a man looks at you it's for a reason, they see beauty! But also have class, speak well, & don't let the man see your nervous & shy. Hold your ground with your likes & dislikes when he speaks of interests....be confident! Good Luck!

First thing: Stand up straight, very straight! Pull your shoulders all the way back, and walk into a room with confidence. Body language is huge. Develop a sexy, shapely body in the gym (weights!). Personality should be light-hearted, fun, relaxed.

Get a flattering new hairstyle, or a fabulous new outfit (these are superficial things). Or make a point of smiling at the people you associate with, and giving them genuine compliments.

Be receptive to what you're looking for and it will come. To get started, wear your hair differently, wear a new style of clothing... Make some minor aterations and people may notice a change...
