Ain't no guy worth taking the silent treatment for.

There are several things you could do.

1) ignore him like he's ignoring you. Don't even look at him. Chances are it will make him so curious that he'll finally get over it and start talking to you again.

2) My favorite tatic is the "sledge hammer" tatics. Meaning, I corner and confront the person. Telling them to just get over it. He asked for advice, you gave it, and now he needs to grow up and just get over it. Then I'd walk out, leaving him befuddled because he never expected you to do that.

Either way, it's up to him to deal with it. I wouldn't worry, no guy is worth it.

I would just give him some space...after a while...call him up like nothing happened...see if he wants to get together or something...then refrain from giving advice...even when asked...sounds like he's a bit of a baby...You sure you need someone else to babysit?
