Or am I just supposed to not leave it up, it looks kinda weird cuz its kinda down and kinda up. I checked the advertisement picture and they wore it as completely off the shoulder with a huge fold. However I the fold gets smaller if I have my elbows on the table in front of me or am writing something... It's a white DKNY city sweater

Ummmm.... try ironing it with the fold down. The heat will probably help it stay down.

I have a sweater that is supposed to be off the shoulder as well. I finally just folded it down to where its supposed to sit and tacked a small stitch in it to hold it there.
