What do you do when your Company doesn't pay you as much as before but you still work the same position ??

like for example you work overseas but then your company cuts the budget and you dun get paid as much as before or even sometimes you dun get paid!! what should you do?? Quit the job........ i mean you seriously love your job......... or should you stay in and wait for a miracle????

I work for one of the big 3 where we didn't have raises for 2 years, and then they made up for it with a 26% raise. Sometimes hanging in there is worth it, but keep a close eye on the company's financials as you go along...you could also be loyal and get burned by layoffs.
