I compose my thoughts in bed, but by the time I've woken up, I've forgot what i was thinking about

Mostly when I'm whizzing to work on my bike.
Is at great time to think about the day ahead, appreciate nature, the sky & the seasonality.
Also when in bed or in the bath. Relaxing.

Walking anywhere. While taking a shower or washing dishes. Upon waking in the morning, before getting out of bed.

Great question!

Usually I do most of my thinking in the afternoon, during my 3 yr olds naptime. HAHA.

Often I will take a bath and meditate on my thoughts.

well, as i work quite far from home at the moment, i do most of my thinking in the car, driving - i use this time to wind down, and seperate from my work issues as well.
also in bed - just staring into space, is where my best thoughts are made clearer.

i dont compose my thoughts often...i have one of those heads that is constantly clicking away..curious about everything...seeing things, feeling things to think about...maybe when im cooking sometimes...or if im stuck in the middle of an inane conversation...my brain might wander and gather my own thoughts to me...i meditate and practise raising my own energy levels etc...but that time for me is pure focus...not composing anything...;0)
