The Crossface Chicken Wing. You stand behind your opponent and grab his arm putting it behind his back like you were going to arrest him. Using the same-side arm on your body --(meaning if you put his left arm behind his back then use your left arm)-- grab his wrist and push his arm up as high as it can go. As you are doing this use your other arm, grab him by the chin, and twist his neck in the opposite direction of the arm you have locked --(meaning if you have his left arm locked, twist his head and point his face to the right)-- this move can dislocate and injure all of the muscles from your neck to your shoulder and can cause permanant injury. So simple yet so effective.

I'm really liking the Undertaker's gogoplata, or Hell's Gate, or Devil's Triangle, or whatever it's called now. It's kind of a neat switch from the usual unrealistic submission moves. What I like about it is that it really fits in with The Undertaker's MMA style of wrestling. It looks deadly and WWE has done a terrific job of building it up as this unstoppable hold that nobody can get out of. Runner up has to go to Kurt Angle's ankle lock submission hold. It's an absolute classic. It's another great MMA type move and it is without a doubt the most realistic and painful hold in wrestling. Angle does a great job of selling it to. Even though he isn't in wrestling anymore, I liked the way Ken Shamrock did it better.

the kata hajime. Tazz used it in the old ECW. It's a sleeper with a choke hold applied simultaneously. To do it, from behind you put your right arm under the armpit, and behind the head. Apply Pressure. Then, grab your elbow with the other arm(reach under other arm). For best results, lean on opponent with your body to keep it locked. Yes I've done it in the ring, and I made a ring vet. tap to it!

Ken Shamrock and Kurt Angle's ankle lock. In reality, this move can snap an ankle easily.
