well.. in my case.. they are usually related / married to the boss's family or stuff like that...or they are just really good at BSing.. that is their main skill, not like us hard working talented people. We don't have time to polish on our "BSing" " a$$ kissin" skills. We are too busy to do real works....

I read a book many years ago titled "The Peter Principle" that stated many people are promoted to their level of incompetence. Meaning, if you do a good job at one level you're promoted to the next level until you reach a position where you can't do the job. then they stay there. I've found this to be true in many in many cases.

It's not that they are less intelligent, it's that they may not properly communicate the reasons for their actions, or if they do communicate the changes, the changes may not trickle down properly to the employees who are affected by the decision.

It is usually the narrow minded people like yourself that have that exact attitude that never get anywhere - there is a reason for that.

They are getting paid more to manage - so who is the stupid one them or you?

I have this problem myself...I work for the OWNERS. Even worse.
