Celeb. websites deal with this sort of stuff.
But how you get a complete list?
That would almost be impossible,unless you had contacts with every police station in the country.
Because money talks!
It would be a bigger read than the bible!
Even with the ones that slip through the manager's or P.R. peoples hands, a lot of the stories are diluted.

I don't know but you can put Nicole Richie on the list. She was just busted early this a.m. for driving the WRONG WAY on the highway! eek!
