My son keeps losing the stuff that he's bought his webkinz. He's lost all of his beds and TVs and lots of other stuff. I didn't know if this has happened to anyone else and if there is anything I can do to fix it. He logs on about once a week, and everytime it's like they've punished him for not playing enough!

No, I haven't heard of anyone's account losing items recently. Is there a chance that someone has discovered his password? I would start by changing on the off chance that someone is raiding his account.
You do not lose items due to inactivity. As long as you put your pet to bed and log out of the site before you leave, your health & hunger bars should not even go down.
Is he putting items into his room or leaving them in his dock? If they are in the dock, they may be moving to storage... you'll see a green bar above the dock that says "Get items from storage." Click that and scroll through the dock to make sure the items aren't there.
The only other idea I have for you is to take a screen shot of his room once he gets his items placed there. If you come back and the items are missing again, you may be able to email the before & after screen shots to tech assistance at Webkinz and get someone to look into your account.

Well if his webkinz is unhealthy then it might punish him for that. If he gets on every day and pushes a certain button he can get a pirze and kinzcash!
