How do I delete an accont on world of warcraft?

I am trying to delete one of my acconts because I can make new one.

You cannot delete an account, you can just cancel the payment and therefore lose access to it.

Goto World of Warcraft.com and they have a tutorial, You just stop paying on the account or cancel it, But keep in mind you can not sell your game unless you give your user name and password with it. I tried and the other person couldn't use it because it was registered to me
