i used to hate myself when i was younger, like 15, was so insecure and all, so i started wearing makeup ,really thick on the eyes , but didnt do anything to cover up the skin,no eye shadow too, but 5 years later i got really sick of putting it on and noticed that i look as if i aged bad thru wearing it.. the skin around my eyes looks horrible, full of wrinkles, and i have dark circles under the eyes.....what can i do to look as good naturally as i used to before?

The benefits of no makeup? More time to sleep in every a.m. ;)

High end makeup is usually safe, and you can get natural "mineral" make up if you are concerned about chemicals.

1st: Make sure you ARE healthy if you want to look healthy. No smoking, make sure you eat anti-oxidant rich foods, cut back on alcohol and caffeine, as well as processed foods. Exercise. Get proper sleep and avoid exposure to excess pollution and chemicals if possible. Stress can also age skin prematurely.

Aging skin is chronically inflammed. By adding an Omega 3-6-9 Essential Fatty Acid complex supplement to your diet, you will notice the difference (I take 3 capsules per day). Flaxseed, olive oil, and salmon are some anti-inflammatory foods.

Dark circles can also be caused by allergies as well. They can also be genetic. See your doctor for a full physical including allergy testing.

Use good skin cleansing products like Dermatologica, which won't irritate the skin. Avoid harsh scrubs, which can irritate the skin even more.

Some people swear by topical Vitamin C serums to "brighten" skin. In my opinion, there is no evidence to confirm that the active ingredients in these serums can pass thought the skin transdermally. The molecules are probably too large. I would save my money and try cheaper ORAL Vit. C supplements instead.

Good luck!

There are no benefits of not wearing make-up, the problem with wearing make-up is that it must removed every night, no exceptions. Hylexin could help with the circles under the eyes, you have to find a specific eye treatment that works for you. As far as looking good naturally, my only suggestion is tinted moisturizer. It's light and looks natural. It gives you such a natural glow that looks really good.

benifits of not wearing makeup?

No chemicals on your face, you live longer, and your skin wouldn't require makeup as you get older cuz makeup screws up your skin and all

to make your face as natural as before, you should use cleansing cream often and remove all the buildup of makeup chemicals in your skin

Start using a good skin care regime. I use Principal Secret. People have asked me what make-up I had on, when I didn't have on anything! She is online or on QVC. Has botanical for under 35. Loved it. I have used a lot of different things and for the money it is the best.

the benefits of not wearing makeup are that you don't have to spend a lot of time putting it on and they recently found that most make ups aren't tested before they are used. makeup actually has chemicals in it that makes you face age.

There are all sorts of lotions designed specificially to help take care of your skin, just go to your local CVS or supermarket, I'm sure you could find something there. And yeah, make-up tends to clog the pores and stuff, so I wouldn't recommend that anybody wear it.

sometimes natural is the best way to go. If you have bad skin, wear a light foundation and you should be good to go! Good Luck!

Makeup is not good for your skin. You look fresher and more youthful with just a touch. I recommend lip gloss, blusher, and eyeliner, applied very lightly. You need highlights, not a mask.
