lipgloss(must) a little eye liner nd mascara nd u look awesome!

I would suggest 1 coat of mascara, a tinted lip balm, and pale eyeshadows in light pink, white/ivory, and light brown.
I used to wear a lot of eye makeup, but now only wear mascara and a pale ivory shadow put very lightly under my eyebrows at the arch and a little bit around the tear duct (inner part of the eye, both top and bottom). Instead of making the eyes look closed off, it makes them look more awake. Finish it off with one coat of mascara either in brown if you have light hair or black if you have dark brown or black hair. I suggest Cover Girl Lash Exact Mascara. It doesn't smear around the eyes and is really easy to apply and remove.
I would not wear eyeliner. It tends to smudge a lot and if you play any sports it looks messy. Only wear it for special events - then you look fancier, not like you do everyday at school.
On the lips, I suggest the Neutrogena Tinted Lip Balms. They come in a chapstick-like tube and can be put on without a mirror. The color "Natural" is a great choice for almost any skin tone. They moisturize and are not sticky like lip glosses.
For any pimples, buy a concealer stick and dot on ONLY the spots. Rub it in to avoid looking cakey. It looks a lot better than all over foundation. Only use concealer if you have to, it should be reserved for break-outs.
All of these products can be purchased at Walgreens or Walmart. You won't have to spend more than $15 and they last for a long time. Good luck!

i'm 13 too.
all i wear for now is eyeshadow, i'm in a "natural beaty" style this month.
but i'llsay is that mascara should be enough, or sum eyeliner in the corner of ur eye.
some1 on the top there listed like 8 makeup things. don't do that, u'll look like a crappy mask. think about it, u have another 70 years to wear makeup.
just go with natural mascara and eyeliner, i always define my eyes, thats the best.
i don't even wear lipgloss, just lipbalm.

lip gloss from claires is ok priced and fun things and colors of pastels eye shadows light tho .. some mascara if you dont have thick eyelashes.. on maybelline website and avon website they show u how to .. you wont need foundation until your skin is uneven adn yucky and remove it with a cleanser each night. olive oil removes mascara real cool- you dont need eyeliner. but if u feel pressured then use the eyeshadow colors wet using a brush to line close to the lashes and this takes a steady hand and practice.

Don't overdo it. I know I see a lot of freshman around my school wearing eyeliner an inch thick and bright blue eyeshadow that looks as if it's been painted on.
You can still wear dark eyeliner and bright colours, but don't make yourself look like a circus clown.
Also, if you're really pale, don't use too much blush. It looks really bad.

I'd suggest a tinted lip gloss, a little eyeliner and mascara. For a softer look, instead of using eyeliner, use a moistened q-tip dipped in eyeshadow instead.

well it all depends on your skin tone if your tanish i would wear a suddle pink lipstick mybe from claires or icing and some goof proof mascara clear maybe a golen or sparkle eye shadow but dont over do it maybe some blush and toner and accseories are really cute to go with i would go to icing or claries for accesories cute stuff have fun with it but dont ever wear bright red lipstick its sickening

shimmer on you eyes, eyeliner, and a touch of blush. not too bold or people will look and stare because it is such a big change from the normal you face. you can also wear mascara and a light natural tone to your lips.

i babysit a 11 year old and her mom gave her makeup.. BAD IDEA! yea she totally came out like a clown, cant laugh but had to try to make her understand that it was too much... she is now left with lipgloss.. and believe me that is MORE than enough.

i am also 13 and for school i wear:
*mascara
*eye liner
*eye shadow
*concealer
*a little blush
*tinted lipgloss
i wear them everyday and it doesn't take to long to put on, so i dont have to wake up earlier
