You may start Yoga like Tadasan, Halasan & Surya-Namaskar.These exercises can help to increase upto 1 inch for youngs.

Hey you can increase your height untill you become 21 years old. Buy a bicycle and start cycling exercise for at least 1 hour per day. It will stretch your legs which results in heaight gain also it helps for your blood circulation. While using cycle increse the seat of the cycle frequently few inches after 1 months which will give more stretch to your legs. Eat a lot of fruits specially oranges which has lots of vitamins which helps you to gain your height and drink milk daily. You can also do push ups and skipping in gym which are another good exercises for height gain. Exercise helps our all body activities like blood circulation, metabolisam, secretion etc. and keeps us healthy. I am telling all this from my personal experience, so try thins things I am sure it will definately works on you.

I would also love to be just a bit taller oh well ,guess now I am in the process of shrinking...ha ha

i wish i could grow taller too.. but i dont think there is any remedy. my doctors tell me that i'm going to be a max of 5' 2'' if i'm lucky.
right now i'm 5 ft. i do so many sports and stuff--swimming, lacrosse, cross country--none of which seem to help

Do maximum exercises that will give u strech. Do swiming. Take good food and vegitables and milk. Good luck !

hang from bars for a really long time. It's crazy, but it actually works.

ropes may help, but that's not exercise. . .

i dont know if this is true, but ill tell you any way apparently this guy stretched his hamstrings everyday for a year and he grew taller. maybey you could try this! hope it helps!!

impossible......although evrytime u sleep your spine streches out and wen u stand up it stays stretched a few 'mm' thats all i know
