I do not believe she was murdered, but rather, it was a tragic accident. Recently it has been revealed the U.S. was listening in on her phone calls but I do not believe this was done with malicious intent. She had let go of her official bodyguards which was the action of a foolish woman. She required protection because of those who would wish to harm members of the royal family and because of the company she kept which could lead to difficulties with other cultures.

I think there are 2 weird things:
1. Trevor Rees-Jones survived, but the head injuries he sustained wiped his memories of the accident.
2. Henri Paul, pilot and Ritz Hotel Security Director was drunk, with blood alcohol supposedly equal to 10 drinks. Any non/light drinker who consumed 10 drinks would be so obviously drunk, people wouldn't get into the car with him.

Not sure I'll ever be convinced of that, no matter how many times they tell us that is what happened. She took the lime light away from Prince Charles the future King.

Personally, i think it was a set-up and she was murdered because Prince Charles' people couldn't let her marry a brown guy after divorcing the prince.

I am not sure about that, there is evidence that her phone was taped, she was being followed and not just by the paparazzi.
we may truly know for sure.

No, murder involves premeditation and intent. There was none, it was a terrible accident but nothing more.
