I have Nero on my computer upstairs that currently doesn't have internet...

You can download free programs at http://download.com that will comvert a wav to mp3. I use Jodix Free and it works great.

Winamp can convert it.

Options >> Preferences

Under Plug-ins select Output and then select Nullsoft Diskwriter Plug-in.

Then select Configure and in that window you can choose from a variety of different file types and where you want it to save to.

Load the song on Winamp and press play.

do you have nero??

if you have nero soundtrack, open the .wav file then whent he song is uploaded, file>save as... in the scrollbar section select .mp3 and name it whatever u want :DD

In iTunes (free download), you can right-click and convert wav files to mp3:
