How you cut and style your hair makes a difference. The round face is shorter than the oval, with forehead, cheek bones, and jaw all of similar width. With the round face, the hairstyle should be cut to slim the face. Very short styles that follow the curve of the head (such as a butch, burr, or a short crew cut) will emphasize roundness and should be avoided. Leaving the hair a bit longer/fuller and adding texture on top will help lengthen the face. Also, how hair is cut in the back makes a difference. Hair that is trimmed in a square shape at the neck will make a heavyset man look even broader. Hair tapered to a point at the back center of the neck is best. To the answerer that said to lose weight, I say this; not all people with a round face shape are overweight. While if you are overweight losing a few pounds might help, some people have round faces naturally. I'm small and a size 4 and have a round face. Hope that helps!

Wow, that plastic thing sounds scary. Your hair style is the key. Get your styllist involved to help you lengthen your face with the right cut. Avoid covering up your neckline. Avoid alcohol.

Wrap it in plastic wrap, but remember breathing holes! I's a temporary way to loose water weight.

buy some clothes hangers, and pinch them on your cheeks, jaw and neck. 23 pins should do it, if not increase or decrease according to desired look. If numbness occurs, don't worry it's normal
